子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的随机对照研究

目的评价子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎（骨痹-阳虚寒凝型）的有效性。方法将72例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为三组，治疗组采用子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗，对照1组采用普通低频脉冲治疗仪治疗，对照2组采用常规针刺治疗。经2星期治疗后，观察三组治疗措施缓解膝骨关节疼痛及临床症状的有效性。结果治疗2星期后VAS、WOMAC量表评分治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）：治疗组VAS、WOMAC量表各项指标均较疗前好转，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论子午流注治疗仪可以有效缓解膝骨关节炎疼痛症状，对关节僵硬、关节活动度等综合症状亦有一定的疗效。
