| 摘 要： | 目的：观察前列腺素E1（PGE1）对47例糖尿病合并下肢闭塞性动脉硬化的疗效。方法：选择47例糖尿病合并下肢闭塞性动脉硬化（ASO）的住院病人，在控制血糖的同时予PGE1 100ug，加入生理盐水500ml，缓慢静脉滴注，14d为一疗程，观察治疗前后患者的自觉症状，下肢血管多普勒及血流流变学的变化，结果：PGE1具有扩张血管，改善下肢血流，通微循环的作用，从而改善下肢缺血症状，并促进溃疡愈合，结论：PGE1对糖尿病合并下肢闭塞性动脉硬化具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of prostaglandin E1(PGE1) in treating DM with lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) . Methods: 47 hospitalized patients were treated with 100μg PGE1 add to N. S 500 ml intravenous drip for 2 weeks. At the same time, the blood glucose was controlled. The changes of symptom、 doppler in lower limbs vessel、 blood lipid etc were observed before and after treatment. Results: This drug can dilate blood vessel, improve microcirculation and velocity of blood flow in lower limbs, thus lessen patients' ischemic symptom and promote the healing of ulcer. Conclusion: PGE1 is effective in treatment of DM with lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans. |
