| 摘 要： | 观察６８例急件白血病（ＡＬ）患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平，各型白血病均较对照组明显增高。ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化与外周血原始细胞数呈相关，而与贫血、感染、血小板减少性出血及血中Ｔａｃ￣＋细胞数无关。ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ＞２０００Ｕ／ｍｌ者预后凶险。

| Abstract: | erum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL2R )were determined in 68 children or adolescents withacute leukemias. The sIL-2R levels in all groups of acuteleukemias were significantly higher than that incontrols, and positively correlated with the number ofleukemic blasts in peripheral blood, but not related toanemia, infection and thrombocytopenia. Serum levelshigher than 2000U/ml were associated with a extremelypoor outcome. |
