喜炎平联合头孢呋辛治疗小儿支气管肺炎45例

目的观察喜炎平联合头孢呋辛治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将89例小儿支气管肺炎患儿分为观察组45例和对照组44例。对照组患儿在对症治疗的基础上给予头孢呋辛治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用喜炎平治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的79.55%（P〈0.05）;观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间、住院时间均显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论喜炎平联合头孢呋辛治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效确切,安全可行,值得临床借鉴。

Effect Observation on Xiyanping Combined with Second Generation Cephalosporins in Treating 45 Children Cases of Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods 89 children patients with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group（45 cases） and the control group（44 cases） according to the random number table. The control group was given cefuroxime on the basis of symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was given Xiyanping on the basis of the control group treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95. 56% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 79. 55% in the control group（P〈0. 05）; the defervesce time,cough disappearance time,rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xiyanping combined with cefuroxime in treating bronchial pneumonia in children has definite clinical efficacy,which is safe and feasible,and deserves to clinical reference.
