微量脂微球载体前列腺素E1静注治疗慢性重度乙型肝炎疗效观察

Intravenous Micro-dose Prostaglandin E1 Corporated in Lipid Microspheres is Better than Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Compound Injection Drip in treating Serious Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To investigate and compare the effect of injection of microdosage prostaglandin E1 corporated in lipid microspheres (Lipo PGE1 ) and Radix (RSM ) compound in treatment of the serious chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Forty patients with serious chronic hepatitis B were randonly divided into two groups, each with twenty patients. The patients in Lipo PGE1 group were treacted by injection Lipo PGE1 10 ug in 0.9% sodium Chloride 10 ml, iv, qd for 20 d. The patients in RSM group were treated by RSM compund 16 ml in 5% glucose injection 300 ml iv, drip qd for 20 d. Results: No sihnficant difference were found betWeen two groups in the decrease of serum total hilirubin(STB), alanine transaminase (ALT), and aspartate transaminase (AST) (P > 0. 05). The total effective rate were 90% and 75% respective (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Lipo PGE1 is better than RSM compound in treatment of the serious chronic hepatitis B.
