| 摘 要： | 目的借助循证医学的方法为一位因“反复活动后心前区疼痛3月余”的老年冠心病患者制定治疗方案。方法在充分评估患者临床状况后，提出临床问题，检索Cochrane图书馆（2007年第3期）、Evidence—Based Medicine Reviews（EBMR）（1991—2005年）、MEDLINE（1991—2007年）数据库等。结果纳入冠心病治疗的随机对照试验18篇，系统评价或Meta分析8篇，根据所获证据给患者制定治疗方案。结论采用循证医学的方法，为老年冠心病患者确定合理的治疗方案，可有效提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective Methods of evidence-based medicine were used to make an individualized treatment plan concerning diagnosed as coronary heart disease in elderly patients with the symptom of frequent chest pain after physical activity for over 3 months. Methods After clinical problems were put forward, we searched The Cochrane Library (Issue 3, 2007), Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews (EMBR) (1991-2005), and MEDLINE (1991-2007) databases, etc. Results A total of 18 randomized controlled trials, 8 systematic reviews and meta-analysis were identified. The treatment plan was developed accordingly. Conclusions The treatment efficacy in diagnosed coronary heart disease in the elderly has been improved by determing an individualized treatment plan according to evidence-based medicine. |
