应用空心加压螺纹钉内固定治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折10例疗效分析

目的探讨空心加压螺纹钉内固定及髂骨瓣移植治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法经切开复位,在C臂X线机监控下,采用空心加压螺纹钉内固定及带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植于股骨颈前部的骨槽内的方法,对陈旧性股骨颈骨折10例进行治疗。结果经9～70个月随访,10例陈旧性股骨颈骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6～8个月,平均7.2个月;无一例发生股骨头囊变或塌陷。根据髋关节Harris评分,优良率为80%。结论切开复位、C臂X线机监控下,空心加压螺纹钉内固定及旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植法是治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折的良好方法。

Efficacy analysis on ten cases of the internal fixation treatment for the old femoral neck fractures with cannulated compression screws

Objective To analyze the internal fixation treatment for the old femoral neck fractures with cannulated compression screws and revolving iliac deep vascular ilial valve transplantation. Methods Under C-arm X-ray monitoring, ten patients with the old femoral neck fractures were treated by internal fixation with open reduction and hollow compression screw with revolving iliac deep vascular ilial valve transplantation into the bone slot front of femoral neck. Results All the ten patients were followed up from 9 to 70 months. All cases were healed, the healing time was between 6 to 8 months, the average time was 7.2 months. There was no cystic change or osteonecrosis in femoral head. Accordirlg to Harris hip score, excellent and good rate was 80%. Conclusion Under C-arm X-ray monitoring, the Treatment by internal fixation with cannulated compression screws and revolving lilac deep vascular ilial valve transplantation is a satisfactory treatment for the old femoral neck fractures.
