摘    要:目的评价葛明胶囊的安全性。方法依据毒理学评价程序和方法进行急性毒性试验、遗传毒性试验和30d喂养试验。结果葛明胶囊经口毒性试验最大耐受剂量(MTD)>10g/kg,属实际无毒级;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性;30d喂养试验中各项指标均未见异常。结论葛明胶囊有较好的安全性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the toxicology and safety of Geming capsule. Methods The acute toxicity test, Ames test, micronuclei test of bone marrow cell, spem shape abnormality test and 30 days feeding test were used in mice. Results The maximum tolerated dose of Geming capsule in mice was over 10 g/kg. No positive was found on Ames test, mice bone mar row cells chromosome aberration test and mice sperm shape abnormality test. Abnormal phenomena were not found in 30 days feeding test. Conclusion Geming capsule is safe.
