老年宫颈癌患者围手术期护理

目的：细致、有效的护理措施能有效的预防并发症的发生，提高手术治愈率和提高老年患者的生活质量。方法：术前护理采用在心理、睡眠、安全、术前并发症、阴道、皮肤、胃肠道和留置导尿管等方面进行护理，术后采用在病情观察、术后活动、术后饮食、引流管和用药观察方面进行护理。结果：2010年1月～2011年1月期间：术后并发尿潴留5例，下肢静脉血栓3例，盆腔腹膜后淋巴囊肿1例，阴道残端出血1例。采用围术期及术后护理措施改良后，2011年1月～2012年6月仅1例患者发生尿潴留，同时患者在住院治病期间，对生理卫生、心理卫生和自我保健都有新的认识，为提高生活质量打下良好的基础。结论：正确有效的围术期护理能使并发症明显减少，提高了手术治愈率。

Perioperative nursing for elderly patients with cervical cancer

Objective ：To prevent occurrence of complications and improve cure rate of operation and quality of life of elderly patients through careful and effective nursing measures. Methods ： Preoperative nursing was mainly in the aspects of psychology, sleep, safety, preoperative complications, vaginal, skin, gastrointestinal tract and indwelling catheter; and postoperative nursing was in the conditions of observation, postoperative activity, postoperative diet, drainage tube and medication observation. Results ： During January 2010 -January 2011, there were 5 cases with postoperative urinary retention, 3 cases with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, 1 ca- ses with pelvic retroperitoneal lymphocele, 1 cases with vaginal stump hemorrhage. After the perioperative and postoperative nursings were used for improvement, there was only 1 case with urinary retention during January 2011 -June 2012; and meanwhile the patients in the hospital had a new understanding on physiological health, psychological health and self health care, which laid a good foundation for improving the quality of life. Conclusions： The correct and effective perioperative nursing can reduce the complications significantly and improve the cure rate of operation.
