循证护理在经鼻蝶人路垂体瘤切除术患者中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者中的应用意义。方法：针对40例垂体瘤患者的病情及治疗方案，确定需要循证的护理问题，寻找最佳护理方案并应用于临床护理实践中。结果：循证护理能及早发现并预防并发症的发生。结论：将循证护理应用于经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者的护理中，改变了临床护士以往的护理习惯，能及早发现并预防并发症的发生，使患者得到最佳护理，提高患者住院满意度，提高护理质量。

Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with pituitary adenomas treated by transsphenoidal approach

Objective ：To investigate values of evidence- based nursing in patients with pituitary adenomas treated by transs- phenoidal approach. Methods：Forty patients were enrolled into this study. According to their conditions and therapeutic schemes, the evidence - based nursing problems were determined to explore the best nursing program, which was applied in the clinical nursing prac- tice. Results ： The evidence - based nursing is beneficial to early detection and prevention of complications. Conclusions： The applica- tion of the evidence - based nursing changes the previous care habits of the nurses ; it＇s not only helpful to the early detection and pre- vention of the complications but also makes patients receive optimal care ; moreover, it can improve patient satisfaction and the nursing quality.
