雷氏丹参片治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效观察

目的:观察雷氏丹参片对代谢综合征患者血液流变学、血脂、血糖及胰岛素水平的影响.方法:患者随机分为两组:A组治疗组20例,予丹参片4片tid治疗;B组对照组15例,予阿司匹林3片qd治疗,疗程3个月.治疗前后分别检测血液流变学、血脂、空腹及餐后血糖及胰岛素水平.结果:A、B两组血液流变学指标均有改善;A组的TC,TG,HDL较治疗前显著改善且与B组有明显差异(P＜0.05),而B组血脂治疗前后无明显改变(P＞0.05);A组餐后血糖较治疗前明显降低且与B组有明显差异(P＜0.05);两组空腹血糖及胰岛素水平无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:雷氏丹参片可以改善代谢综合征患者的血液流变学指标、血脂及餐后血糖水平,其可能机制是增强了患者胰岛素敏感性.

Clinical effect of Lei's Danshen Tablet on metabolic syndrome

AIM: To observe the effect of Danshen on hemodynamics, lipid, glucose and insulin levels in patients with metabolic syndrome. METHODS: Patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A were treated with Danshen, while patients in group B were given Aspirin only. One week before and after treatment for 3 months, hemodynamics index, serous lipid, plasma glucose, insulin on empty stomach and plasma glucose, insulin after taking 75 g glucose orally were measured. RESULTS: After being treated for 3 months, in both groups, some hemodynamics index were lowered than those before the treatment. In group A, TC, TG, HDL, PBG have significant difference compared with those before the treatment. Between group A and B. there were significant differences of HCV, TC, TG, HDL, PBG after treatment. CONCLUSION: Danshen has notable effect on relieving metabolic syndrome, regulation of hemodynamics as well as metabolism of glucose and lipid. The mechanism is that it may increase the insulin sensitivity of patient.
