| 摘 要： | 应用原子吸收光谱分析技术,对21例白内障患者血清中硒(Se)、锌(Zn)、铷(Rb)和钙(Ca)四种元素进行检测,并与36例健康人比较。结果白内障病组硒和锌值下降与对照组相比差异显著;钙和铷值增高与对照组比较差异特别显著。对其可能产生的原因进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Serum levels of Se, Zn, Rb and Ca in 21 patients with senile cataract were determined by atomic absorption spectrum analysis, and were compared with those observed in 36 normal adults as control. The resultes showed lower that the serum levels of Se and Zn in cataract group were significantly than those in control, while the levels of Ca and Rb were remarkably higher. The possible cause of the changes is discussed. |
