摘    要:目的测定沙梅消渴片中牛蒡苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:AICHROMTMReliaSil C18 5μm 150mm×4.6mm;流动相:乙腈-水(25:75);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:280nm;理论板数按牛蒡苷峰计算应不低于3000。结果在0.5576~2.788μg范围内,峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=880321.3773X+163975.8,相关系数r=0.9997。平均回收率为96.68%(n=6),RSD%=1.35%。结论该法专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,可作为沙梅消渴片制剂质量控制的定量方法。

High performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of Sha Mei Xiaoke tablet burdock glycoside content
Abstract:Objective Determination of sand plum Xiaoke tablet burdock glycoside content Methods Using high performance liq- uid chromatography Chromatographic column :AICHROMTMReliaSil C18 5 m 150 4.6mm; mobile phase: acetonitrile - water ( 25: 75); flow: 1.0mL/min; Detection of wavelength: 280nm; the number of theoretical plates by arctiin peak calculation should not be less than 3000. Results In 0.5576 G - 2.788 - g range, the peak area integral value and amount Of sample showed good linear re- lationship, the regression equation was Y=880321.3773X+163975.8, correlation coefficient r = 0.9997. The average recovery rate was 96.68% ( n = 6, RSD% = 1.35% ). Conclusion The method of strong specificity, high sensitivity, good stability, can be used as sand plum Xiaoke tablet preparation quality control quantitative method.
