2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白水平与牙周病相关性研究

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白水平与牙周病的相关性.方法 采用免疫浊度法检测我院收治的45例2型糖尿病伴牙周病患者的血清C反应蛋白水平,并以45例单纯2型糖尿病患者为对照组,45例健康体检者为健康对照组,比较三组患者血清C反应蛋白水平.结果 三组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CPR)比较长差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者血清hs-CPR与FPG、HbA1C、FINS均具有相关性(P<0.05).结论 牙周病患者可进一步促使糖尿病患者血清hs-CPR水平升高,这可能是造成糖尿病病情恶化的一个独立危险因素.

Association study of type 2 diabetes patients serum c-reactive protein level and periodontal disease

Objective In patients with type 2 diabetes c-reactive protein level and the correlation of periodontal disease. Methods The immune turbidity method to detect the 45 patients were in type 2 diabetes patients with periodontal disease of serum c-reac- tive protein level, and to 45 cases pure in patients with type 2 diabetes as control group, 45 cases the healthy cheek-up for healthy controls, more three groups of patients serum c-reactive protein level. Results Three groups of patients fasting plasma glu- cose （FPG） and glycated hemoglobin levels （HbA1C）, fasting insulin （FINS） and gao rain c-reactive protein （hs-CPR） longer differ- ences are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Patients serum hs-CPR and FPG, HbA1C, FINS are relevance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Periodontal disease patients can be prompting diabetic patients serum hs-CPR leels, this may be causing deterioration in diabetes an independent risk factor.
