上海市静安区健康人群麻疹抗体水平调查

目的了解静安区健康人群麻疹抗体分布情况,为制定麻疹免疫策略提供依据。方法采集9个年龄组的360份血清,检测血清麻疹IgG抗体滴度,并对不同人群麻疹抗体情况进行比较。结果人群总抗体阳性率为94.7%,平均抗体滴度为1∶1 585。8月龄～2岁组抗体阳性率及抗体水平均最高,20～29岁组抗体阳性率和抗体水平最低,不同性别、户籍人群抗体分布差异无统计学意义。结论静安区人群抗体阳性率水平较高,短期内无麻疹疫情暴发威胁,但散发不可避免。可以考虑对育龄期人群进行强化免疫,减少该部分人群和新生儿感染麻疹病毒的风险。

Investigation of measles antibody level of healthy people in Jing'an district of Shanghai City

Objective To investigate distribution of measles antibody of healthy people in Jing＇an District,Shanghai City,and provide basis for measles immunity strategy.Methods Serum were collected from 360 persons of 9 age groups.Measle IgG antibody titre were detected and antibody level of different people were compared.Results Positive rate of measles antibody of the whole people was 94.7%,and the average titre was 1∶1 585.The positive rate and titre were the higest in the 8 m～2 y age group,and lowest in the 20～29 y age group.There was no significant difference between different gender and different censue register.Conclusions Postive rate of measles antibody is high in healthy people of Jing＇an District.There is no risk for measles outbreak in a short time,but sporadic case is unavoidable.It is considerable to strengthen measles immunization for child-bearing period to reduce risk of measles virus infection for this age group and newborn infant.
