乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活组织检查术的研究进展

乳腺癌是全世界女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，严重威胁女性的健康和生命。乳腺癌的外科治疗不断向＂最小最有效＂的模式发展，前哨淋巴结（SLN）活组织检查术（SLNB）在此背景下应运而生。SLNB可免除腋窝淋巴结清扫术（ALND），大大减少了ALND的并发症。近年来，一些临床研究结果提示部分SLN阳性乳腺癌患者即使不接受ALND，其预后也未受到影响，SLN阳性乳腺癌患者是否一定要行ALND的问题有待研究。

Progress in sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors among women in the world and it seriously threatens the health and lives of women. Surgical treatment of breast cancer continues to progress toward the "minimal and most effective" model. Sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy (SLNB) emerges in this context. SLNB can be used to eliminate axillary lymph node dissection (ALND), which greatly reduces the complications of ALND. In recent years, some clinical studies have suggested that some patients with SLN-positive breast cancer do not suffer from prognosis even if they do not receive ALND.
