| 摘 要： | 从针灸效应的作用因子和非线性层面，探讨了针灸效应的复杂性。研究认为，针灸作为一种对最复杂的生命体系一人体的治疗手段，其疗效是确切而肯定的。它通过物理性刺激，产生内源性生物效应，整体地调节人体的失衡状态，从而达到机体的自稳，其效应本身便具有复杂性。这种复杂性体现在其作用因子具有多要素性，且形成了复杂的层次，其效应具有非线性。换句话讲，针灸的治疗效应并不仅仅存在于组成经络、腧穴的结构中，还存在于各个作用因子在生命体的组合中。有鉴于此，结合现代复杂系统科学，建立着眼于临床的数据模型和软件平台，通过对病症和针灸治疗的模拟，找出针灸作用规律和优化方案是十分必要的。
