| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔镜下行甲状腺切除术的可行性及临床应用价值。方法2003年10月-2010年1月对我院53例甲状腺不同疾病患者（26例甲状腺腺瘤、14例结节性甲状腺肿、2例甲状腺功能亢进和11例甲状腺癌）行腔镜下甲状腺手术。结果完成手术52例，其中单孔腔镜手术3例，中转1例。平均手术时间90（62-210）min，术中出血5-50ml，术后平均住院5d。2例出现暂时性喉返神经麻痹，无甲状旁腺损伤等其他并发症发生。术后随访45例，时间8个月-5年，平均24月，患者均对手术治疗效果满意。结论腔镜下甲状腺切除术安全可行，颈部无疤痕，具有很好手术及美容效果。
