| 摘 要： | 目的 了解不同组织来源的肺癌细胞系中趋化因子受体CXCR4蛋白水平和mRNA水平表达情况.方法 选取不同组织来源的四株肺癌细胞系A549、H460、95D和GLC80,用Western blot法和RT-PCR法检测CXCR4蛋白和mRNA的表达.结果 不同组织来源的肺癌细胞系A549、H460、95D和GLC80中均表达CXCR4蛋白,表达水平依次减低且差异明显(P＜0.05);四种肺癌细胞中CXCR4 mRNA的表达也表现为依次降低,且CXCR4在蛋白水平和mRNA水平的表达差异呈现一致.结论 CXCR4在不同组织来源的肺癌细胞中都有表达,但表达水平不同,CXCR4的表达可能与肺癌细胞组织来源、恶性程度以及转移性有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 protein and mRNA in lung cancer cell lines originated from different tissues.Methods Expressions of CXCR4 protein and mRNA in 4 lung cancer cell lines(A549,H460,95D and GLC80) were detected by Western blot and RT-PCR,respectively.Results The CXCR4 protein was significantly expressed in A549,H460,95D and GLC80.However,its expression level decreased progressively in the order of A549,H460,95D and GLC80(P<0.05) as CXCR4 mRNA(P<0.05).Conclusion CXCR4 is different... |
