| 摘 要： | 通过20例颌骨畸形患者手术情况的临床观察。对在术中、术后出现的出血、呼吸道受阻、神经损伤、牙齿活力降低、骨愈合延迟及骨坏死、骨折线偏位、上颌窦感染、泪溢等手术并发症的原因进行分析,并提出预防和处理的方法。

| Abstract: | Twenty patients who suffered from jaw deformities and underwent orthognathic operations were selected and their operative and postoperative conditions were studied. There were certain complications in the orthognathic surgery. From the clinical information the authors analysed the causes of these complications, including hemorrhage, obstruction of the airway, nerve injuries, devitalization of teeth, wound of bone healing delay, bone necroses, incorrect lining up of fracture, infection of maxillary sinuses, and epiphora, durirrg and after the surgical time. The methods for preventing and managing them were presented. |
