| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种快速、高效的缓解患者腹胀的肛管排气方法。方法将高位负压肛管排气装置（一次性胃管按常规肛管排气法插入肛门20cm以上，胃管末端与一次性负压引流器相连接），用于各种原因引起的肠胀气患者47例，并与同期采用常规肛管排气法的46例患者进行比较。结果高位负压肛管排气法即刻（排气10min）缓解腹胀的有效率达89．4％，常规肛管排气即刻缓解腹胀的有效率为34．8％；前者排气30min的有效率为100％，后者为63．0％；两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论高位负压肛管排气法治疗肠胀气效果明显优于常规肛管排气法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a quick and effective blind enema approach to relieving flatulence of patients.Methods High position and negative pressure blind enema device was developed with disposable gastric tube inserted to the patients'body via anus as deep as 20 cm,and the distal end of gastic tube connected with disposable negative pressure drainage apparatus.Forty-seven patients with flatulence caused by various reasons were treated with this method and its treatment result was compared with that of 46 cases ... |
