银屑病动物模型的研究进展

摘    要:银屑病的确切病因及发病机制至今尚未清楚,理想的动物模型的建立对研究银屑病的发病机制、新药开发等方面都有促进作用.目前已经有数种银屑病动物模型建立且应用于银屑病的相关研究中,主要包括银屑病自发性动物模型、基因工程动物模型、异体移植动物模型、诱发性动物模型等,其中异体移植动物模型最接近于反映银屑病的特征,是目前所掌握的研究银屑病最好的动物模型.

Advances in animal models of psoriasis
Abstract:Until now the exact etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis remain unanswered. The establishment of ideal animal models of psoriasis will facilitate the investigation into the pathogenesis and development of new drugs. A large variety of animal models have been applied into the researches of psoriasis. They mainly include spontaneous mutant animal models, genetically engineered animal models, xenotransplantation animal models and induced animal models. Of these models, xenotransplantation model is the most perfect model that nearly incorporates overall genetic, immunologic, and phenotypic changes of psoriasis.
