| 摘 要： | 文章从理论和医疗实践方面着重从病员关系在医疗特色项目过程中的依赖性，探讨在医疗特色项目实施过程中病员关系的重要性。从动态的角度分析和研究了医院的管理者、操作者与病员间的医疗纠纷发生的多种变更原因和在这种条件下如何避免产生纠纷的可能性及合作方法。
