| 摘 要： | 目的:建立食品中副溶血性弧菌的简便、快速、准确地检测方法。方法:根据副溶血性弧菌的tl、tdh、trh基因设计引物,多重PCR扩增,进行特异性和标准菌株的验证,并用经典方法做平行试验。结果:本实验设计的引物能特异性地扩增副溶血性弧菌的450、269、500 bp的片断,而对其它种类的菌无特异性扩增。结论:本实验方法可在增菌后8 h快速、简单、准确的检测出食品中的副溶血性弧菌,灵敏度可达15 cfu/ml。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a method for easy,rapid,exact detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) in food.Methods:A multiplex PCR amplication-based detection of VP was developed by targeting tl,tdh,trh genes.The specificity and sensitivity were compared to traditional methods.Results:Only the special fragments 450,269,500 bp of VP were gotten by the primers,and the method was much better than the traditional method.Conclusion:This method can be used to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus in 8 h after bacterial culture and the sensitivity is 15 cfu/ml. |
