| 摘 要： | 目的:观察CO2激光联合注射重组人干扰素α-1b治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法:随机将601例患者分为联合组(激光联合重组人干扰素-α1b)308例和单纯组(单纯激光)293例。结果:联合组治愈率为41.88%,激光组治愈率为31.4%(P<0.01)。结论:激光联合重组人干扰素-α1b治疗比单一激光治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the role of combining laser with recombined human interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminate.Methods:601 cases of patients with condyloma acuminate were randomly divided into two groups.There were 308 cases in combining group(laser combining with human interferon)and 293 cases in lasar group(laser along).Results:The curative rate was 41.88% in combining group,compared to 31.40% in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combining laser with recombined human interferon α-1b is more effective than laser along in the treatment of condyloma acuminate. |
