补肾通络方结合西药治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

目的观察补肾通络方结合西药治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各50例）,两组均口服复方氨基酸螯合钙,治疗组同时予补肾通络方,对照组予阿法骨化醇;两组疗程均为6个月,观察骨质疏松症疗效、肾虚血瘀证疗效及中医证候积分、L2-L4骨密度（BMD）值、血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP）等生化指标的变化情况。结果治疗组骨质疏松症和肾虚血瘀证总有效率分别为93.02%、95.35%,对照组分别为85.36%、92.68%,组间肾虚血瘀证疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组中医证候积分治疗后均明显下降（P〈0.05）,组间腰膝酸软、乏力和下肢痿弱、目眩积分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组骨密度、ALP、血钙、血磷、血镁值治疗前后及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论补肾通络方能明显改善肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者的整体情况。

Clinical study on Bushen Tongluo Decoction plus western medicine in treating primary osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood-stasis
