摘    要:目的考察蒸汽、水煮杀青方式与生晒对于连翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量的影响,为产地加工和药材质量控制提供指导。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对山西陵川和河南辉县采集的10份样品分别进行检测,以R软件对不同炮制组连翘苷和连翘酯苷A含量进行统计学分析。结果除生晒组连翘苷含量低于《中华人民共和国药典》规定外,其余各组均合格;蒸汽、水煮组有效成分含量明显高于生晒组,具有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论连翘产地加工可以水煮杀青作为蒸制加工的替代方式,生晒致使有效成分含量大幅降低而严重影响药材质量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of Forsythiae Fructus by assessing contents of forsythin and forsythoside A resulted from different methods which include steam, boiling water and flat dry. Provide guidance for producing area processing and quality control of medicinal materials.Methods By using HPLC, 10 samples collected in Lingchuan, Shanxi Province and Huixian, Henan Province were studied. R program was utilized to do statistical analysis regarding index components of this herbal medicine.Results Flat dry method performed poorly concerning forsythin contents. However the other two approaches provided products with contents several folds higher than the requirements in Pharmacopoeia of People Republic of China (Abbreviated Chinese Pharmacopeia).Conclusion The processing of forsythia forsythia producing area can be used as a substitute for steaming and shaving, and the content of active ingredients in forsythia suspensa can be reduced greatly, which seriously affects the quality of medicinal materials.
