摘    要:目的改进精芪双参胶囊质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法进行人参鉴别研究;采用高效液相色谱法建立丹参中丹酚酸B含量测定方法。结果改进后人参鉴别薄层色谱中特征斑点分离清晰,阴性无干扰;丹酚酸B在0.2~2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为99.60%。结论改进的人参薄层色谱鉴别方法及建立的丹酚酸B含量测定方法专属性强,重现性和耐用性好,可用于精芪双参胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality control method of Jingqi Shuangshen capsule. Methods The research on ginseng identification by Thin Layer Chromatography and determination of salvianolic acid B in salvia miltiorrhiza by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Results The characteristic spots in TLC are clear, negative and no interference after improvement; salvianolic acid B in the range of 0.2 μg ~ 2 μg showed a good linear relationship, the recovery rate of 99.60%. Conclusion The improved ginseng TLC identification method and the established method for the content determination of glutamic acid B are excellent, reproducible and durable, which can be used for quality control of Jingqi Shuangshen capsule.
