朱佳运用益气养阴法治疗肺癌术后

朱佳教授认为,肺癌的病机总属本虚标实,而肺癌术后患者的病机则主要是气阴两虚。治疗上尤其注重益气养阴,兼以化瘀调肝。在用药方面喜用黄芪、麦冬、沙参等以益气养阴;半夏、胆南星、贝母等以化痰祛湿;柴胡、陈皮、郁金等以条畅气机;鳖甲、龟甲以软坚散结。在处理术后并发症时注意止血、止痛,敛汗、通便等。

In terms of medication, Astragalus mongholicus, ophiopogon root, the root of straight ladybell, etc. are used to reinforce qi and nourish yin; Pinellia ternata, rhizoma arisaematis, the bulb of fritillary, etc. are employed to eliminate phlegm and dampness; the root of Chinese thorowax, dried tangerine or orange peel, radix curcumae, etc. are utilized to smooth qi activity; turtle shell and tortoise shell are applied to soften hardness and dissipate stagnation. In the treatment of complications, to stop bleeding, relieve pain, reduce perspiration and ease constipation should be paid attention.
