贺氏火针治疗特发性面神经麻痹

目的初步验证贺氏火针治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法采用随机临床对照研究方法,将100例患者分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组为毫针针刺,治疗组在对照组基础上加贺氏火针疗法。主要评价指标面部残疾指数(FDI),次要评价指标Sunnybrook面神经评分系统、House-Brackmann分级标准。分别对2组在入组后、4周末、8周末进行疗效评价。结果与对照组比较,治疗组躯体功能评分、Sunnybrook面神经评分在第4、8周末明显提高(P0.05),而社会功能评分在第8周末有明显降低(P0.05);经过4周的治疗,治疗组有54%完全恢复(功能正常),优于对照组的38%(P0.05);治疗8周末,治疗组有86%完全恢复(功能正常)优于对照组的64%(P0.05)。结论贺氏火针能够有效改善患者面神经功能评分,促进面神经功能的恢复,提高生活质量。

Idiopathic facial palsy treated with HE's fire needle therapy

Objective To observe the effect of idiopathic facial palsy treated with He's fire needle therapy. Methods Using randomized controlled clinical trial method, 100 patients were divided into control group (n=50) and treatment group (n=50). The control group was received filiform needle therapy; The treatment group was received He's fire needle combining with filiform needle therapy. The primary outcome measure was change in the Facial Disability Index (FDI), We also analyzed changes in the House–Brackmann score, the Sunnybrook Facial Nerve Grading system. The therapeutic effect was evaluated at 4 weeks and 8weeks after treatment in the two groups. Results Compare with the control group, the FDI physical function subscale an d Sunnybrook Facial Nerve Grading score were exhibited greater improvements after 4 and 8 weeks (P<0.05). The social function score decreased significantly at the end of the 8th week (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, 54％ patients in the treatment group recovered completely (normal function), which was better than patients in the control group (38％) (P<0.05). 64％ and 86％ patients had completely recovered after 4 and 8 weeks, superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion He's fire needle therapy can improve patient's facial nerve function score, promote facial nerve function recovery and enhance quality of life.
