膝关节内外联合治疗老年膝骨性关节炎

目的观察膝关节腔内治疗(关节腔灌注、关节手法调整)联合膝关节外周软组织松解治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将100例老年膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组50例60膝,关节腔内治疗(玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注、关节手法调整)联合膝关节外周软组织松解治疗;对照组50例58膝,关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,分别治疗4周后观察2组症状、体征改善及综合疗效。结果症状、体征分级量化评分进行比较,2组治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),2组治疗后组间比较具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。综合疗效治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论膝关节内外联合治疗老年膝骨性关节炎,康复疗效显著。

Knee joint internal and external treatment in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of knee joint cavity treatment (joint cavity infusion, joint manipulation) and knee joint peripheral soft tissue release in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 cases of elderly knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 50 cases of 60 knee joint cavity treatment (articular cavity perfusion, joint manipulation) combined with knee joint peripheral soft tissue release solution treatment, the control group of 50 cases of 58 knee joint cavity perfusion . Respectively for 4 weeks were observed in the two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement and comprehensive curative effect. Results The symptoms, signs, grading quantization score compared two groups before and after treatment group differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), and after treatment, the treatment group is significantly better than the control one (P < 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group is higher than it of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is a very good clinical curative effect to observe knee joint cavity internal and external joint treatment of arthritis.
