全蝎、蜈蚣对药在中医外科学中的应用

全蝎、蜈蚣对药,是临床用药常用配伍之一。全蝎善于走窜,祛风通络,败毒散结,熄风镇痉,蜈蚣熄风镇痉、攻毒散结,去恶血,此二药均善走窜搜剔,能入络搜除深在之风毒,又善解毒,有以毒攻毒、散结解毒之功,合用则熄风止痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结之效尤强,对于"风""毒""痰""瘀"等邪蕴结于肌肤络脉引起的顽固性中医外科疾病有较好的效果。但二者均有毒,临床应用需注意炮制及用量。

However, the two kinds of drugs are toxic, attention should be paid to the processing and dosage in clinical application.
