摘    要:血脑屏障(BBB)是大多数药物从中枢神经系统(CNS)进入血液循环系统的障碍。两亲性聚合物胶束是双层膜的纳米尺寸囊泡系统,具有粒径小、稳定性高、生物相容性好、毒性低等特点,能够显著改善难溶性药物的溶解性。在其表面进行脑靶向修饰,可获得主动靶向功能,更利于跨越BBB,递送药物至脑内,提高对脑类、神经类疾病的药效。主要对聚合物胶束的特点和跨越完整BBB的药物转运机制进行介绍,并对其最新研究进展和脑病治疗中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:The blood-brain barrier (Blood brain barrier, BBB) is the barrier for most drugs to enter the blood circulation system from the central nervous system (Central nervous system, CNS). Amphiphilic polymer micelles, having the characteristics of small particle size, high stability and good biocompatibility, can significantly improve the solubility of insoluble drugs at the BBB. Through surface-brain-targeted modification using these amphiphilic polymer micelles, active delivery of drugs at the BBB and targeting performance can be achieved for improving the therapeutic efficacy. In this paper, the permeability of drugs at the BBB was improved with the application of polymer micelles. The mechanism of the transportation was well elucidated, followed by an overview of the latest research progresses and the applications in encephalopathy treatment.
