背景音乐对门诊局麻患者疼痛和焦虑的影响

目的观察在门诊局麻手外伤患者手术过程中播放背景音乐对患者疼痛和焦虑的影响。方法将在门诊手术室行局麻手术的100例患者进行随机分为音乐组和对照组,各50例,2组均给予术中常规护理,音乐组进入门诊手术室后播放背景音乐,比较2组血压、心率变化,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价2组疼痛、焦虑和满意度情况。结果对照组术中收缩压、心率高于音乐组,对照组患者焦虑情况高于音乐组,而满意度情况低于音乐组。结论将患者置身于熟悉且旋律优美的音乐中,可缓解其负性心理,有利于患者的身心健康。

Effect of background music on pain and anxiety of patients with local anesthesia in outpatient department

Objective To study the effect of playing background music on pain and anxiety in patients undergoing hand injury surgery under local infiltration anesthesia.Methods 100 patients undergoing local anesthesia in the operation room of the outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in the music group and 50 patients in the control group. The patients in both groups were given routine nursing during operation. Background music was played when the patients of music group into the operating room. Blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups. The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain, anxiety and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and heart rate were higher in the control group than in the music group. The anxiety in the control group was higher than that in the music group, while the satisfaction of the control group was lower than that in the music group.Conclusion Putting the patients in familiar and melodic music can alleviate their negative psychology and be beneficial to their physical and mental health.
