湿疹的中医病因病机

受生活节奏加快及饮食、情志、环境污染等因素的影响,湿疹发病呈逐年上升趋势。湿疹病因复杂,皮损表现也多种多样。其病因病机,各代医家认识不一,古代医家多认为,湿疹是由外邪引发脏腑功能失调为病或内邪招致外邪相合致病;近代医家则认为湿疹发病归于内因,脏腑阴阳气血失调和脾胃因素是主要方面;现代医家颇倾向于"湿"为主因,风、湿、热三邪相兼致病。湿疹发病病因主要为风、湿、热三邪为主,且有内、外因之分。外邪是导致内邪生成的主要因素,内邪又致脏腑阴阳气血功能失调。
