和解安神方治疗肝郁化火型失眠

目的观察和解安神方治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床疗效。方法将240例符合纳入标准的失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各120例。对照组单用右佐匹克隆治疗,治疗组给予和解安神方治疗。治疗1个月后,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗前后PSQI睡眠质量积分比较,治疗组总有效率为88.89%,对照组总有效率为74.07%,2组比较,P0.05;中医证候积分比较,治疗组总有效率为92.59%,对照组总有效率为80.39%,2组比较,P0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论和解安神方治疗肝郁化火型失眠有较好的疗效,能提高患者睡眠质量。

Hejie Anshen Formula treating insomnia with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire

Objective To observe the cliical research of Hejie Anshen Formula treating insomnia with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire. Methods 240 cases of insomniacs were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 120 cases each. The control group was treated with eszopiclone, the treatment group was treated with Hejie Anshen Formula.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed and compared. Results Two groups of patients before and after treatment PSQI sleep quality score comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%, the control group total effective rate was 74.07%, compared between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. TCM syndrome score comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.39%, compared with the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Hejie Anshen Formula has good curative effect on insomnia with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire, and can improve the sleep quality of patients.
