摘    要:目的研究补阳还五汤对沙鼠脑缺血损伤后海马CA1区细胞形态结构与细胞凋亡的影响.方法采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动夹闭脑缺血再灌注模型,于再灌注后120 h取大脑半球,在解剖显微镜下定位海马,切取海马,切片机切片后观察神经细胞超微结构和神经细胞凋亡情况.结果补阳还五汤可使海马CA1区神经细胞和毛细血管变性、死亡减轻,并可使海马CA1区神经细胞的凋亡数目明显减少.结论补阳还五汤可能通过减轻神经元的溃变、死亡,减少神经细胞的凋亡而发挥抗脑缺血的作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction (BYHWD) on ultrastructure of hippocampal gyrus CA1 area in cerebral tissue and neuronal apoptosis in sand mouse with cerebroischemic injure. Methods Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models of sand mouse by clamping bilateral carotid arteries were built 120 hours after reperfusion. Observe the ultrastructure of hippocampal gyrus CA1 area in cerebral tissue and neuronal apoptosis by electron microscope. Results BYHWD could reduce edema in gliocyte and pericapillary area, improve neuronal ultrastructure pathologic change. It could also decrease neuronal apoptosis in hippocampal gyrus CA1 area. Conclusions BYHWD could antagonize delayed injury of cerebral tissue and neuronal apoptosis after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
