| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对毛细支气管炎患儿的治疗效果的影响。方法将2012年1～12月收治的194例毛细支气管炎患儿，按照不同的护理方法，随机分为护理干预组和常规护理组，每组97例。护理干预组采取环境护理、雾化吸入护理、呼吸道管理、健康教育，常规护理组实行常规护理。结果护理干预组通过护理干预后，治疗有效率、住院时间、家长满意度均优于常规护理组。结论护理干预能够显著改善毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效，缩短住院时间，提高家长满意度，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment effect of nursing intervention on children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 194 children with bronchiolitis treated in our department from Jan.to Dec.2012 were divided according to different methods to the nursing ob-servation group （take care intervention）and the control group （routine nursing）.There were 97 cases in each group.The nursing observation group received environment nursing,inhalation nursing,airway management and health education.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing.Results The efficient rate of treatment,the length of stay and the satisfaction rate of the parents of the nursing observation group were all better than those of the routine nursing group by taking nursing intervention.Conclusion Nursing intervention could obviously im-prove the clinical effect of children with bronchiolitis,shorten the length of stay,and increase the satisfaction rate of the parents,thus it is worth spreading and application in clinic. |
