新疆阿克苏地区家畜布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查

新疆阿克苏地区是传统家畜布鲁氏菌病的流行区,在上世纪80年代中后期开展了以检疫净化、免疫为主要措施的家畜布鲁氏菌病综合防控工作后,全地区在2000年达到稳定控制区标准。但2006年后家畜布病呈显著上升趋势。为掌握全地区家畜布病感染情况,2012年、2013年我们对全地区八县一市牛羊猪开展了流行病学调查,两年共检测血清样品168 386份,总阳性率2.38%。其中牛53 985份,阳性358头,阳性率0.66%;羊112 121份,阳性3 643份,阳性率3.25%;猪2 280份,无阳性。羊的布病阳性率（3.25%）显著高于牛（0.66%）。两年共计检测328份羊流产胎儿,分离出菌株8份,都是羊型,其中羊Ⅰ型4份,羊Ⅱ型2份,羊Ⅲ型2份,没有牛型。

Epidemiological Survey of Livestock Brucellosis in Aksu Area

To grasp the situation of livestock brucellosis infection throughout the region in 2012, 2013, our city on a whole area eight County sheep pig epidemic survey was carried out in two years, 168 386 serum specimens were detected, the total positive rate was 2.38%. The cattle 53 985, positive 358, positive rate was 0.66%; 112 121 sheep, 3 643 samples were positive, positive rate was 3.25%;the pig 2 280, no positive. The positive rate of brucellosis in sheep （3.25%） was significantly higher than that of cattle （0.66%）. Two years of testing 328 sheep fetuses, isolated 8 strains of sheep type, Ⅰ type is 4 strains,Ⅱ type 2 strains, III type 2 strains, no cattle type.
