手术室护士对胸外科接台手术患者饮食干预的效果评价

目的：探讨手术室护士参与胸外科接台手术患者术前禁食禁饮的方法与效果。方法将104例胸外科接台手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各52例。对照组手术室护士不参与对患者饮食干预；试验组手术室护士参照美国麻醉医师协会（ ASA）颁布的术前禁食禁饮标准自行设计的《胸科手术患者术前禁食禁饮书面指导书》，对患者进行一对一宣教与指导，并根据手术顺序，预估接台手术时间，制定出科学、合理及个性化禁食禁饮方案。结果试验组比对照组术前实际禁食禁饮时间短，不良反应少，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），禁食禁饮时间的缩短并未影响手术或麻醉的顺利进行。结论手术室护士参与胸外科接台手术患者术前禁食禁饮护理干预，提高了患者对术前禁食禁饮的正确认识，缩短了实际禁食禁饮时间，减少了不良反应的发生，提高了手术患者的满意度和手术安全性。

Effect evaluation of dietary intervention in thoracic surgery station operation by nurses of operation room

Objective To explore the methods and effects for the nurses of operation room of participating in the preoperative fast-ing and drink-deprivation imposed on the patients undergoing thoracic surgery station operation .Methods Totally 104 cases undergoing station operation were chosen and randomly divided into test and control group with 52 cases in each group.The operating room nurses did not participate in the dietary intervention on the control group ,while they in test group designed some written instructions on the preoperative fasting for the patients undergoing thoracic operation via referring to the preoperative fasting standard promulgated by America anesthesiolo-gists Association （ ASA） .They estimated the time of consecutive operation according to surgical sequence ,gave one-on-one education and guidance to the patients,and made scientific,rational and personalized fasting scheme.Results The fasting time for the test group was shorter than that for the control group,and fewer adverse reactions occurred in the test group,with significant differences observed （P〈0.05）.Shortening fasting time did not affect the smooth progress of operation or anesthesia.Conclusion The nursing intervention on the preoperative fasting for patients undergoing thoracic station operation can improve the patient compliance ,shorten the unnecessary preopera-tive fasting time,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of operation patients as well as the safety of operation.
