枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的 评价枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将150例慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组各50例,观察组患者口服枸地氯雷他定片,每天1次,每次5 mg,白芍总苷胶囊,每天3次,每次2片;对照1组患者口服枸地氯雷他定片,每天1次,每次5 mg;对照2组患者口服白芍总苷胶囊,每天3次,每次2片.三组患者连续治疗4周为一疗程.结果 治疗4周后观察组患者总有效率为96％;对照1组患者总有效率为76％;对照2组患者总有效率为80％.三组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照1组和对照2组（P ＜0.05或0.01）.对照1组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效.

Clinical investigation of desloratadine combined with total glucoside of paeony in the treatment of chronic urticaria

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of desloratadine combined with total glucoside of paeony in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 150 outpatients with chronic urticaria were divided into observation group, control group 1 and control group 2 at random,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group took 5 mg of desloratadine tablets once a day by oral administration and 2 tablets of total glucoside of paeony three times a day.Control groupl were given desloratadine tablets once a day with 5 mg each time by oral administration.And control group 2 were given total glucoside of paeony three times a day with 2 tablets each time.All groups were treated 4 consecutive weeks（one course）.Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effect rates of the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 96%, 76%, and 80% respectively.There were significant statistical difference in the effective rates between groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of control group 1 and control group 2（ P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. But no significant difference was found in the effective rates of control groups（ P 〉0. 05）.Conclusion This investigation indi- cates that desloratadine combined with total glucoside of paeony is an effective and safe therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.
