摘    要:目的:探讨数字化三维成形钛网在大骨瓣减压术后颅骨缺损修补中的应用及优点。方法分析数字化三维成形钛网组和二维钛网组的总手术时间、钛网安装时间、钛钉使用数量、修补后容貌满意度以及并发症的发生。结果数字化三维成形组的总手术时间、安装钛网时间及钛钉使用数量明显低于二维钛网组,塑形后头部容貌更接近缺损前状态。结论数字化成形三维钛网修补大骨瓣减压术后颅骨缺损,手术时间短、钛钉使用数量少、塑形满意、并发症少。

Application of digitalized 3D reconstruction titanium mesh in cranioplasty after large decompressive craniectomy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application and advantages of digital 3D molding of titanium mesh in cranioplasty after large decompressive craniectomy.Methods The total operation time,titanium mesh installation time,titanium screws number,patients'satis-faction after facial repair and operative complications of the digitalized digital 3D molding of titanium mesh group and 2D titanium mesh group were comparatively analysed.Results The total operation time,titanium mesh installation time,titanium screws number of digitalized digital 3D molding of titanium mesh group were significantly lower than those of the other group.Besides,patients of the digital 3D molding of titani-um mesh group got more similar appearance to the original head.Conclusion The application of digital 3D molding of titanium mesh in cra-nioplasty after large decompressive craniectomy has benefits of shorter operative time,smaller number of titanium screws,more satisfaction of shaping and less complications.
