ICU下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素分析

目的：了解ICU下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素。方法收集ICU下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染80例，选取同期未患鲍曼不动杆菌感染80例为对照组，采用病例对照的方式发现危险因素，通过logistic回归分析发现独立危险因素。结果单因素分析显示，昏迷、慢性肺部疾病史、人工气道、血清清蛋白（＜25 g/L）、机械通气时间是下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素（χ2＝4．231、5．301、7．447、4．379，t＝3．022，P＜0．05），logistic回归分析显示，昏迷、人工气道、血清清蛋白（＜25 g/L）是独立危险因素。结论旱期干预危险因素有助于ICU患者下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的防治。

Analysis of risk factors in ICU patients with infection of acinetobacter baumannii in lower respiratory tract

Objective To investigate the risk factors of acinetobacter baumannii infections in lower respiratory tract of patients in ICU.Methods A total of 80 cases with acinetobacter baumannii infections in lower respiratory tract in ICU were selected ,and 80 patients who did not suffer from infections caused by acinetobacter baumannii were selected as control group .The methods of case-control study and logistic regression analysis were used respectively .Results Univariate analysis showed that the risk factors of acinetobacter baumannii infec -tions in lower respiratory tract were coma,history of chronic lung disease,artificial airway,serum albumin（〈25g/L）and duration of mechani-cal ventilation（χ2 =4.231,5.301,7.447,4.379,t=3.022,P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors of something were coma,artificial airway and serum albumin（〈25g/L）.Conclusion Early intervention of risk factors is beneficial for lower respiratory tract infections caused by acinetobater baumannii in ICU patients .
