| 摘 要： | 目的 研究16层螺旋CT及低张水充盈对胃癌TNM分期的临床应用价值.方法 对138例可疑胃癌患者,在肌注654-2及口服含2.5％等渗甘露醇的温水充盈胃肠道后采用16层螺旋CT行平扫及三期增强扫描,后经手术病理证实所有患者均为胃癌.结果 16层螺旋CT结合低张水充盈对胃癌T分期的准确率达73.91％,对N分期的准确率较低,为36.23％,对远处转移的敏感性达84.21％.结论 16层螺旋CT及低张水充盈对胃癌分期中的T及M分期准确率较高,为临床治疗方案的选择提供可靠信息,有效改善预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application value of 16 slice spiral CT and hypotonic water filling in the TNM staging of gastric cancer.Methods 138 patients suspected with gastric cancer were given 16 slice spiral CT plain scan and three phases of enhanced scanning after being injected with 654-2 and taking warm water with 2.5% of isotonic mannitol by oral ad- ministration to fill gastrointestinal tract.All patients were confirmed with gastric cancer by operation and pathology.Results The accuracy rate of 16 slice spiral CT combined with hypotonic water filling for diagnosing T staging of gastric carcinoma was 73.91%.For diagnosing N staging it was 36.23% ,and the sensitivity for distant metastasis was 84.21%.Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT and hypotonic water filling have high accuracy rate in detecting T and M staging of gastric cancer.It can provide reliable information for the clinical treatment and effectively improve prognosis. |
