中医医院门诊传染病漏报原因分析及对策

目的加强传染病报告管理,减少漏报发生。方法对2003年1月至2004年12月门诊传染病报告与门诊日志及检验科传染病登记对照检查,调查分析漏报原因进行。结果中医医院门诊传染病漏报率较高(3.48%),总计漏报传染病病种6种共30例。中医医生漏报率明显高于西医医生。结论应加强对中医医师传染病知识的培训,提高其主动性,采取综合措施加大检查管理力度以降低漏报率。

Causal Analysis of Missing Report of Infectious Diseases and the Countermeasures in Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Objective The purpose of this study was to find the causes and countermeasures of missing report of infectious diseases to provide information for the improvement of management of infectious disease report to reduce the rate of missing report. Methods Reports and logs of infectious diseases made from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004 in outpatient department were checked against the records in the register for infectious diseases in the department of laboratory medicine and the causes of missing report were explored.Results A high rate of missing report of infectious diseases (3.48%) was found in the outpatient department of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Put together, 30 cases of 6 infectious diseases were missed from reports. The rate of missing report of infectious diseases was higher among traditional Chinese doctors than among western medicine doctors.Conclusion Training of traditional Chinese doctors on knowledge of infectious diseases should be strengthened. Also, management of infectious diseases needs to be reinforced through comprehensive measures, including encouraging doctors to be active in the related activities. to reduce the rate of missing report.
