紫外线照射浓缩血小板的临床应用

摘    要:综述了紫外线照射预防HLA同种免疫反应及输血相关移植物抗宿主病的机理与临床应用,并对紫外线照射后血小板代谢与活化以及对血小板体外保存的影响进行了评价,大量研究表明,紫外线照射能有效的预防HLA同种免疫反应及TA-GVHD,作为γ射线照射及白细胞滤器的替代方法,可以在临床上使用。

Abstract:The mechanism and clinical application of platelet concentration irradiated by ultraviolet B in the prevention of HLA Alloimmunication and TA - GVHD were elaborated comprehensively. Additionally, platelet metabolism and activation following radiation and innuences on the shortage of platelet were evaluated. Enormous studies have shown that UV-radiation can effectively prevent HLA Alloimmunication and TA-GVHD,and be applied clinically as substitute of Tradiation and white blood cell filter.
