作业计划疗法对康复期精神分裂症的作用

摘    要:目的探讨作业计划疗法对康复期精神分裂症的作用。方法选取我院家庭病房的60例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究组,随机抽取同期住院后出院的66例康复期精神分裂症患者为对照组(脱落6例)。研究组实施作业计划、表现评价、角色教育等训练;对照组给予提供一般心理咨询的服务。于人组时及治疗6mo、1a末采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表、精神病人护理观察量表对两组患者进行测评分析。结果治疗6mo末,精神病人护理观察量表评分两组比较差异有极显著性(P〈0.01),治疗1a各量表评分两组间比较均有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),研究组无复发病例,对照组复发4例。结论作业计划疗法对康复期精神分裂症患者有良好疗效。

Abstract:Objective To explore effects of performance planning therapy on schizophrenia in rehabilitative period. Methods 60 schizophrenics in rehabilitative period hospitalized in family ward were selected as research group and 66 discharged ones who were hospitalized in the corresponding period as control group(6 were free study). The research group received such trainings as performance planning,manifestation appreciation,role education and so on; the control group did common psychological consult. Measurements and analyses were conducted with the SDSS and the NORS at enrollment and the ends of 6th and 12th month treatment. Results At the end of the 6th month,there was very significant difference in the NORS between the 2 groups(P<0.01); after 1 year treatment,there was very significant difference in scores of both the scales between the 2 groups(P<0.01); none of the research group relapsed and 4 of the control group did. Conclusion Performance planning therapy has better curative effect in schizophrenics in rehabilitative period.
