奎硫平、利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者社会功能影响的对照研究

目的比较奎硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者中对社会功能的改善状况。方法58例患者随机入组,奎硫平28例、利培酮30例,用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS),临床总体疗效量表(CGI),不良反应量表(TESS),社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)进行治疗前后评定,并与某些因素进行相关分析及多元逐步回归分析。结果半年随访后发现服用奎硫平的精神分裂症患者在社会性退缩、对外界的关心和兴趣方面明显优于利培酮,其余无明显差异。结论奎硫平、利培酮都能显著改善患者的社会功能,但奎硫平在某些方面优于利培酮。

A comparative study of social function in first-episode schizophrenic patients treated with quetiapine and risperidone

Objective To compare the social function in first-episode schizophrenic patients treated with quetiapine and risperidone.Methods Fifty-eight schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into quetiapine group (n=28) and risperidone group (n=30). The patients were evaluated with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), the Clinical Global Impression scale (CGI), the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) and the Social Disability Screening Scale (SDSS). Results Social functions of the patients were significantly improved in both quetiapine and risperidone group, but more better in quetiapine group for some items including social withdrawal,interest and care other things.Conclusion Quetiapine has similar efficacy as risperidone in improving social function of the patients with schizophrenia, but more better in some aspects than risperidone.
