| 摘 要： | 目的 评价蚓激酶与盐酸法舒地尔联用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 将70例急性脑梗死的患者随机分成2组,治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用蚓激酶与盐酸法舒地尔.在治疗前和治疗后2周、4周和3个月分别进行神经功能缺损评分.结果 治疗组对神经功能缺损的治疗效果优于对照组.结论 蚓激酶与盐酸法舒地尔联用治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切.
