摘    要:传统教师的培养周期较长,不能适应新形势对护理专业教育的要求。将导师制同青年教师的培养相结合,为护理专业教育的发展开辟了一条新路。自2002年起,我院开始这种培养方式的探索和尝试,已取得一定成果,并形成了较成熟的培养体系,青年教师在导师的指导下,逐步成熟起来,形成自己的授课风格,承担起专业教学的任务,为护理专业教育师资队伍注入了新鲜的血液。

Abstract:The tolerant cultivation for the teachers have a long cycle, that can not adapt to the requirement of the nursing education in speciality under the new situation. To make the tutorial system and the cultivation for the young teachers united,give a new sight to the nursing education. From 2000,we began to use the new method, and have gained some achievements,formed a more matured system for the cultivation.
